CARBON PRO EXTENSION
Not all extensions are equal. Goya’s Carbon Extension Pro SDM and RDM models are exceptionally stiff, lightweight and strong. RDM models feature a unique staggered hole layout, which preserves shaft strength. All models are Euro-Pin, and allow a rare “0” cm setting, ideal for sails whose luff length requires “0” extension. To access 0 cm, simply slide off the sturdy pin and collar. Free shipping applies to all Goya extensions.
Goya carbon extensions are lighter and stiffer to accept high loads especially on longer extension settings and large sails.
All Goya extensions use the super strong pin and collar system and come with a proven stainless steel power pulley and cleat. The RDM extension comes with a stepped hole layout to minimize weakening the shaft.
These extensions offer the best weight to stiffness ratio, light and incredibly strong. Optimal block-to-block geometry and reduced friction are provided by aligning the pulleys of Goya sails to the pulleys of Goya extensions. All Goya extensions come as Universal Pin (Euro) models, designed to be compact and sleek.
Available in RDM 30 and 40 centimeters.
Available in SDM 30 centimeters.

RDM OR SDM? WHICH EXTENSION DO I NEED?
If you own a Standard Diameter Mast (SDM), opt for an SDM extension. If you own a Reduce Diameter Mast (RDM), also known as a “skinny”, opt for an RDM extension. Not sure what mast you have?

WHICH MAST BASES ARE COMPATIBLE GOYA EXTENSIONS?
All Euro-Pin mast bases are compatible with Goya windsurfing extensions. They include the Goya Base (pictured), as well as all Duotone bases, and Chinook Euro-Pin bases. Not sure what a Euro-Pin base is?

WHAT IS A “O” SETTING ON AN EXTENSION?
When a sail calls for a 400 cm mast, and offers a luff length of 400 cm, extensions like these Goya Pro Carbon allow users to remove the adjustment collar, so the mast rests on the pulley block itself. This is a “0” setting.
